Oldest Canadian MLM Company Will Merge Network, Products
In a press release published Jan.12.2009 Univera announced their acquisition of the Matol Botanical International brand, as well as their distributor network and product line. The release stated that Univera had "...entered into a binding agreement to acquire specific assets and the distributor network..." of Matol. The "strategic alliance" involves the merging of the Matol distributor organization into the Univera network and compensation plan, as well as the combining of the two product lines.

Commentary: I am proud to be a Matol Independent Distributor. I have been with Matol for over 24 years. I believe in this company because we have tremendous health products, like no other. I personally use the products each and every day and enjoy sharing them with everybody I come in contact with.
